Shipping Information

Do you Ship to my country?

We currently only ship orders within U.S. borders. If you are located outside of the U.S. please email us using the form below to see if we can accept your order (please note that there may be additional fees). Due to local regulations, we are unable to ship orders to the following states and cities: Vermont, Arkansas, Alabama, Wisconsin, Indiana, Rhode Island, Denver (CO), San Diego (CA), Jerseyville (IL), and Sarasota County (FL), Columbus (MS). Orders made using an address within these areas will be canceled and refunded. If you are unsure if we can ship your order please get in touch.

How fast do you ship?

We offer same-day shipping Monday through Friday on all orders placed before our cut-off time. The cut-off time is 2:00 PM ET. Monday to Thursday and on Friday at 12:00PM. If you place your order slightly after the cutoff time we will try our best to ship it out.

How long does delivery take?

This will depend on which shipping service you select at checkout. The UPS services will provide you with an estimated date of arrival at checkout based on your address. Priority typically is delivered within 3 days but it can take between 1 and 5 days depending on where you are located. If you are located in the East Coast, it should not take more than 3 days. For next day shipping please choose Next Day Air. If you are ordering on Friday, you order may only arrive on Monday or Tuesday. If you are unsure please contact us.

When will my order ship out?

Orders placed before 2pm EST will ship out the same day (~98% of the time), otherwise will ship out the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays, Saturdays or federal holidays.

When will i get a tracking number?

As soon as you place an order and the payment is made, you will receive an email letting you know the order is processing. Once we purchase your shipping label an automatic email will be sent to you with your tracking number and shipping address. If for some reason you don't get the email, or if the shipping address needs to be changed please email support@mountkratom.com right away and we will change it or manually email it to you. If you fail to let us know about an incorrect shipping address after 4:00 PM (ET), you may be charged an address change fee of $25 as well as face a delay if the package has already left our facility.

How do i save money on shipping?

The cheapest shipping option we offer is USPS First Class which depending on your location can take 1-5 business days. In order for your order to qualify for this method, the weight of the parcel needs to be less than 400g. If your package is larger, we suggest using Parcel Select or UPS Ground.

What will appear on my package when it arrives? Is it shipped discretly?

Our shipping parcels contain no stamps, stickers or any other markings that make the contents in the parcel known. We offer discrete packaging in a plain box or bubble mailer that is clean and professional and only contains a shipping label. The company name on the shipping label is MK Group.

08.

My Package is late!

Packages are late approximately 10% of the time, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this.

09.

My tracking number is not updating!

Couriers can sometimes lose track of packages but that does not mean the package is lost for good. If there is still no update after 7 days please contact us.
