- Customer Satisfaction: We guarantee our customers’ satisfaction so if you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, please contact us so we can help you.
- Returns & Exchanges: We will accommodate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange please email us at support@mountkratom.com
- Store Credit: Customers can receive a refund or be given a store credit. Store credits will expire after 2 years.
- Refunds: Once the product has been returned and inspected we will issue the refund. The refund can take several days show on the customers bank statement.
