We offer a 30 day guarantee on all sealed products. Once you receive your order, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality, you can return any sealed packages for a full refund or have it replaced with a different strain. We do not accept returns on any opened packages. We try to make it easy for you by providing kilogram and 400g variants in four separate packages and 300g in three packages so if you’re not happy with the strain after opening the first bag you can return or exchange the others. If this is your first order with us please try our sample pack before making a large order or at least a variety pack to see which strains are right for you.

If you would like to return the products, we will deduct $50 from the refund because we cannot refund the shipping. If your express package arrives late (takes more than 2 business days to arrive) due to a carrier delay, we cannot provide any refund on the shipping, however, please reach out to us and we will do our best to try to help.
