Once you receive your order, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality, you can return any sealed packages for a full refund or have it replaced with a different strain. We do not accept returns on any opened packages. We try to make it easy for you by providing kilogram and 400g variants in four separate packages and 300g in three packages so if you’re not happy with the strain after opening the first bag you can return or exchange the others. If this is your first order with us please try our sample pack before making a large order or at least a variety pack to see which strains are right for you.
