Do you ship to my country state or city?
We ship to most U.S. states and Canada. Availability depends on local and state regulations, which can vary by city or county.
Is shipping kratom legal where I live?
Kratom legality varies by location. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws. If shipping to a specific area is restricted, orders to that location cannot be fulfilled. If you don’t see any shipping methods available at checkout, it means that we cannot ship there.
How long does delivery usually take?
There are three options:
Standard shipping – 1-5 days,
2 Day shipping – 2 business days
Overnight shipping – Next business day (Orders to P.O Boxes may take 2 business days to arrive)
What does same day shipping mean?
It means that all orders placed on any day between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship out that same day. To quality, the order must be placed before out cutoff time (3:00 pm ET)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, and selected shipping method.
Will my package be discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product details whatsoever visible on the outside.
Orders are shipped using one of the following carriers depending on destination and service requested: UPS, Fedex, USPS.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders that are placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
If I order on Friday with Overnight Shipping, when will it arrive?
If you placed an order after the cutoff time (3:00 pm ET) on Thursday or before the cutoff time on Friday, and selected overnight shipping, it can either arrive on Saturday or on Monday. If Saturday delivery is an option in your area we will select it, however, it is not available everywhere.
Can I choose Overnight Shipping to a P.O. Box?
You can, however, when shipping to a P.O. Box we must use USPS Priority Express as the carrier and service. Unfortunately, some locations take 2 days with this service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
This applies automatically at checkout and is valid for deliveries within the United States only.
Do you offer local pickups?
Please call ahead to make sure we can accommodate this request.
When will I get a tracking number?
If you place an order during business hours before our cutoff time, you should receive the tracking number within a few hours. If you don’t receive it please contact us.
I missed the cutoff by a few minutes, does that mean my order won’t ship out today?
Not necessarily. We do our best to ship out all orders the same day, even if you missed the cutoff time. If it’s still possible we ship it otherwise it will be sent out the next business day.
