Shipping Information

Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same day (~98% of the time), otherwise, it will ship out the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.​

We ship to the U.S. and Canada. Due to local regulations, we are unable to ship orders to the following states and cities: Vermont, Arkansas, Alabama, Wisconsin, Indiana, Rhode Island, Denver (CO), San Diego (CA), Jerseyville (IL), and Sarasota County (FL), Columbus (MS). Orders made using an address within these areas will be canceled and refunded. If you are unsure if we can ship your order please get in touch.

As soon as you place an order and the payment is made, you will receive an email letting you know the order is processing. If for some reason you don’t get the email, or if the shipping address needs to be changed please let us know right away and we will change it or manually email it to you. If you don’t let us know about an incorrect shipping address until after the package has left our facility, there may be fee to change the address.​

Yes we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

Standard Shipping

Delivery times for standard shipping can take 1 to 5 business days. Arrival times are less consistent.

1-3 Day Shipping

This option takes between 1 and 3 business days to arrive. We typically see an average of 2 days.

Overnight

We offer overnight delivery Monday through Friday, however, if you place your order on Friday, your order may not arrive until the following Monday (unless it explicitly says Saturday delivery at checkout). Furthermore, if you place your order during the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday and be scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.

Shipping to Canada 

On average it takes 2-7 business days to arrive. This depends on where your located and whether or not there are delays at customs.

Yes, we ship all orders discretely, with no branding, or any other markings to make the contents in the package known. Orders are packed in a plain packaging that is clean and professional and only contains a shipping label. The company name on the shipping label does not say kratom either.

Packages can arrive late every now and then due to weather, operational issues, or other factors beyond our control. If you paid extra for overnight delivery, please reach out to us so we can file a claim. We do not guarantee shipping times or offer refunds if it arrives late but in certain cases we are able to compensate partially for late deliveries.​

Couriers can sometimes pickup a package without scanning it but that does not mean the package is lost. You can always reach out to us to check on the status of your order.

Please note, all orders are documented and photographed during packing to avoid fraudulent claims. We must be notified with 7 days of the delivery date for any of the following issues:

Missing Items: If an item is missing, please contact us immediately. Once we verify the claim, we will ship the missing item(s).

Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately. Once the claim is verified, we will ship the correct item(s). We will also provide a prepaid return label to return the wrong item(s).

Damaged Items: All items are shipped securely and in a way that ensures a safe arrival. If it comes damaged please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Once adequately verified we will ship a replacement.
