Novice users should take no more than 2 Green Borneo Capsules per serving. It is best to take any time during the daytime or late afternoon. Depending on individual baseline stomach acidity, an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meal may be better digestively. Take with water and make sure to stay hydrated. Wait about 30-40 minutes for it to kick in. Effects generally last between four and six hours, but can vary from person to person. If you experience any undesirable effects, you may have taken too much.

Switched to Borneo when wanting to switch from MD blend. It gives a balanced effect with slight energy or focus but without jitters. A fave.
